Working in one area of expertise can often lead to other, greater opportunities. This was my experience when, having been awarded the brick supply and lay contracts for a number of large Perth commercial developments, I could see ways in which scaffolding required for those projects could be used more efficiently and cost effectively.

Such were the beginnings of Presto Scaffolding. During the mid-80's, boom-time for the construction industry, scaffolding supply and hire was unreliable, so my company purchased its own scaffolding, to ensure the projects we were involved with progressed smoothly and without the delays experienced on some other sites.






Research then played a major role in Presto Scaffolding's continued growth. It led us to New South Wales where we discovered what we believe is still the best scaffolding system for our operations. It led to us being the first company in Western Australia to introduce the 'hook-on plank'. And it enabled us to introduce systems that ensure we proved a reliable, cost effective supply-and-erect service to this state's building and construction industry.

Proudly Western Australian and still a family business, Presto Scaffolding is a leader in its chosen filed of expertise.
